If you are selected for a job or vacancy through Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com you will be solely the employee of the concerning organization and Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between you and the employer.
Neither Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com nor its partners or employees shall be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss, costs or expenses arising from delay to a visa application processing or a rejection of a visa application because of a failure by the candidate to comply with document submission instructions.

The assessment of visa applications itself is not carried out by Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com (or any member of its group) and the grant or refusal of UK visas is at the sole discretion of UKVI. Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com reserves the right to ask for further documentation and information from you. You agree to provide such further documents and information for your application to be considered.
You agree that the processing of your VISA application is subject to the procedures and timescales of UKVI, over which Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com has no control.
You agree Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com shall not be considered to be in breach of contract or negligent or otherwise liable in any way whatsoever for any delay or failure of any application or loss, damage or delay to any passport or other documents due to accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, and not arising out of a wilful default of Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com, or for the loss or damage to any passport or other document.
You agree that registration fees charged by Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP is non-refundable.
Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications, or their grant or refusal, and is not responsible for any delay by UK visas and immigration in assessing, granting or refusing any visa application or for the grant or rejection of any visa application.
You agree, If you withdraw your application unilaterally once the processing of the application has commenced, Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP will not be held liable for payments made by you.
You agree, there is a likelihood that we may encounter certain delays as a result of the COVID19 pandemic.
Astraliv Careers & Digital LLP or www.astralivcareers.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any point of time if needed.
